- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, endorsements, and general service requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and in person
- Support policy servicing activities such as renewals, updates, and documentation follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) to resolve customer requests
- Maintain accurate records and customer data in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements
- Always deliver professional and customer-focused experience
- UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) - mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related role
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to work full day from office
- Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance industry
- Basic computer skills and comfort using systems and MS Office
