The Customer Service Executive will support customers across insurance-related inquiries, policy servicing, and coordination with internal teams, while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0-3 years experience) who are willing to learn and grow within the insurance sector.What you will do
  • Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, endorsements, and general service requests
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Support policy servicing activities such as renewals, updates, and documentation follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) to resolve customer requests
  • Maintain accurate records and customer data in internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Always deliver professional and customer-focused experience
Required Skills to be successful
  • UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) - mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Willingness to work full day from office
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance industry
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using systems and MS Office
