- Develop Product Application and formulation for Beverages and Dairy based on industrial standards and country client specific requirements
- Strong sensory, mathematical and data analysis skills to select the correct flavor solution and methodology for sensory analysis
- Support clients for industrial trial and recommend adequate industrial process for new installations / product lines to clients
- Prepare and lead client's technical presentations. Support commercial with presentation and application.
- Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and results, run stability tests according to established protocol and respect good laboratory practices following established HSE rules
- Bachelor/master's degree in food science/ Chemistry with at least 2 years of professional experience in food/ flavor industry
- Strong knowledge in Flavor, food ingredients
- Strong sensory skills and knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques a plus
- Strong technical and commercial skills in MENA region is plus
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, rigorous and well organized;
- Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills, enthusiastic, open-minded and strong team player
