You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of legal matters, acting as a central point of coordination between clients, lawyers, and internal teams. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assist with drafting a range of legal documents, including corporate and fund-related documentationCoordinate regulatory filings and submissions across multiple jurisdictions, including offshore and regional authoritiesSupport fund lifecycle processes, including registrations and terminationsAssist with corporate restructuring and voluntary liquidation processesLiaise with registered office providers and regulatory bodies to manage entity filings and maintain statutory recordsSupport KYC and compliance processes, working closely with internal teams and clients to obtain and verify documentationManage document notarisation, apostille, and legalisation processes, including liaising with relevant authoritiesMaintain and manage client files, including opening, closing, and archiving recordsProvide billing and administrative support, including drafting narratives and coordinating with finance teamsManage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day workflow for senior stakeholdersHandle correspondence and act as a key point of contact for internal and external queriesCollaborate with the wider support team to ensure high-quality service delivery and deadline managementProvide cover and support across the team as requiredCandidate ProfileMinimum 3 years' experience in a legal or professional services environment supporting senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of legal documentation, terminology, and proceduresExperience with legal practice management and document management systemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with billing/CRM systemsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approachHigh level of discretion and attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Lucy Vincent
