- Assist senior engineers in supervising daily electrical installation activities on site
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site teams for smooth execution
- Support resolution of basic electrical and site-related issues under supervision
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Maintain site documentation including reports, logs, and progress updates
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Report risks, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience in MEP construction or site engineering roles
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site and develop technical expertise
