Junior Project Engineer

• Assist in planning project schedules, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Track project progress and update reports
• Support in organizing meetings and preparing project documentation

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Assist in design modifications and technical problem-solving
• Ensure work is executed as per technical standards and drawings

• Visit project sites to monitor progress and quality
• Assist in supervising on-site activities
• Identify and report issues or delays

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Support quality inspections and testing activities
• Assist in implementing corrective actions

• Follow and promote safety procedures at site
• Assist in conducting safety checks and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Maintain project records, reports, and technical documents
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Assist in preparing project completion reports

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and project management
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Internship or training experience in projects or construction
