The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team to deliver operational excellence across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectivesOversee warehousing activities through third-party logistics (3PL) providers across multiple regionsManage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and reduce excessBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performanceLead logistics, transportation, and order fulfilment to ensure timely deliveryOversee procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and quality complianceLead and develop a high-performing supply chain teamDrive process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiencyMonitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics costs, and supplier performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignmentCandidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)15+ years' experience in supply chain management, with strong exposure to logistics, procurement, and warehousingProven leadership experience within a fast-paced distribution or technology-driven environmentStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesIf you're a strategic and hands-on supply chain professional ready to make an impact within a dynamic organization, please send your CVFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT James Kearney
