- Manage daily operations of the workers' camp/site accommodation
- Coordinate room allocations, transfers, and demobilization
- Maintain accurate camp occupancy records and manpower reports
- Ensure camp capacity aligns with project mobilization plans
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairs
- Monitor housekeeping, laundry, catering, and waste management services
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities (water, power, internet, sewage systems).
- Address and resolve employee accommodation complaints
- Ensure compliance with company accommodation standards
- Support welfare activities and maintain safe living conditions
- Enforce camp rules and discipline procedures.
- Ensure camp operations comply with UAE labor law and municipality regulations
- Support HSE audits, fire drills, and emergency evacuation plans
- Maintain first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment
- Coordinate pest control and hygiene inspections
- Maintain camp inventory (furniture, appliances, equipment)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly occupancy and cost reports
- Track camp expenses and verify service provider invoices
- Maintain employee check-in/check-out documentation
- Liaise with camp service providers and landlords
- Monitor service contracts (catering, cleaning, security, transport)
- Ensure SLA compliance and quality standards
- 4-7 years of experience in site-based administration, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or remote infrastructure projects
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage large-scale housing logistics
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Familiarity with camp management software, visitor management systems, and basic HSE protocols
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and multi-cultural workforce
