- Provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU from admission to discharge
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Monitor infant conditions closely and respond to clinical changes promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated patient care
- Educate parents on neonatal care, feeding practices, and infant development
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Stay updated with advancements in neonatal care and apply best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Train and supervise junior medical staff and support their professional development
- Medical degree with specialization in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care
- Board certification in Neonatal Intensive Care or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant NICU Neonatologist
- Western-trained education or clinical background required
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and multicultural environments
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
