  • Perform variance analysis and profitability assessments to support business growth initiatives
  • Deliver advanced financial analytics and insights using business intelligence and automation platforms
  • Build dashboards and financial performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Support digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving financial reporting and operational efficiency
  • Streamline finance processes through automation and improved data governance practices
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial results, trial balances, and financial schedules to ensure accuracy
  • Support monthly closing processes and ensure timely submission of financial reports within group timelines
  • Partner with operational leaders to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies
  • Represent aftersales finance in system implementation and process improvement projects
  • Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and key financial performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and delegated authority requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Professional finance certification or accounting qualification is preferred
  • Four to five years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business partnering roles
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related commercial sectors is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis
  • Experience with SAP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analytics tools
  • Hands on experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
