ID Hospitality and Special Projects Manager - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Lead and manage interior design teams including senior designers, architects, BIM operators, and junior staff
• Oversee hospitality and special projects from concept development through detailed design and final delivery
• Coordinate closely with the interior design technical manager and multidisciplinary project teams
• Develop creative design concepts aligned with brand standards, client requirements, and project objectives
• Manage preparation of material concepts, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment selections for interior design projects
• Source products, fittings, and materials while coordinating budgets and cost control strategies
• Review design proposals, shop drawings, and design documentation for technical accuracy and project compliance
• Conduct site surveys when required to evaluate project conditions and support design planning
• Supervise design quality during design development and construction phases including on-site inspections when necessary
• Coordinate architectural design details with engineers, consultants, and construction teams
• Manage project schedules, design deliverables, and team resources across multiple projects
• Provide guidance to internal design teams and external consultants on materiality strategies and FF and E planning
• Review and finalize physical material samples during various design stages
• Ensure effective collaboration with architecture, MEP, structural, landscape, and interior teams during project coordination
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout project delivery

• 12 to 20 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or hospitality design projects
• Proven experience managing interior design teams and complex design coordination tasks
• Strong background in hospitality or high-end residential design projects
• Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary design coordination
• Experience managing furniture, fixtures, and equipment specifications and budgets
• Ability to lead creative design development while ensuring practical implementation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
