- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal and corporate banking products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to work.
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry trends.
