
Business Development Executive (Media & Marketing Agency)

- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach
- Conduct in-person client meetings across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to pitch our services
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and potential business areas
- Support contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
- Lead generation and business acquisition
- Consistent closure of client deals
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM records
- Timely achievement of revenue goals in coordination with Sales Head
- Ongoing relationship building and high client retention
- Bachelor's in Business, Sales, or Marketing (mandatory)
- 2+ years of UAE business development or sales experience
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hindi is a plus
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Having your own car is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Willing to conduct regular outdoor meetings
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
