- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for acquisitions, development feasibility, master planning, and strategic initiatives across the real estate portfolio
- Review and challenge feasibility studies for greenfield and brownfield projects to ensure commercial viability
- Own valuation and feasibility models with strong governance, version control, and timely updates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Support portfolio-level appraisals using bespoke Excel models and industry tools such as EstateMaster and Argus
- Contribute to year-end portfolio valuations, budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning exercises
- Collaborate with Commercial, Design, Development, Asset Management, and Finance teams on projects under development or construction
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs to produce accurate feasibilities for new projects and master plans
- Lead M and A due diligence and financial modeling for new real estate ventures
- Manage monthly development dashboards and project feasibility reporting
- Promote best practice, teamwork, and continuous improvement across investment and feasibility functions
- Business degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA, CMA, CFI, or RICS preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in investment and real estate feasibility, with at least 5 years in the GCC region
- Strong expertise in EstateMaster, Argus, and advanced Excel feasibility modeling
- Proven strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
