Role :Customer Experience Manager (Exclusively For UAE National)Location :DubaiRole Purpose:Oversee and manage overall customer experience section and its improvement initiatives . Ensure the sectional activities, related to experience design and enablement, customer care, happiness culture and measurement & reporting, are timely and effective. Ensure compliance of customer experience against predefined happiness standardsExperience & Qualification:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management or equivalent
  • Min 8 years’ experience preferably working in the Aviation customer service industry.
  • Advanced communication skills.
