  • Generate new sales enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders in line with business targets.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, gross margin, and order booking targets set by management.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and prepare detailed HVAC estimations for VRF, ducted, split, and chilled water systems.
  • Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals; follow up for negotiation and order finalization.
  • Manage credit approval processes and support debtor collections in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop new customer accounts and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, dealers, and MEP stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Maintain competitor intelligence including pricing, product specifications, market share, and stock movement.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes, ISO documentation standards, and internal policies.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven HVAC sales experience within UAE market, preferably in LG or similar HVAC brands.
  • Strong knowledge of VRF, ducted, split, package units, and chilled water systems.
  • Experience in HVAC design review and technical estimation.
  • Established network within developers, consultants, and MEP contractors in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
