Job Description:Job PurposeThe Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the complete sales process, from prospecting through to post-sales follow-up, while ensuring full compliance with company policies. The role focuses on achieving sales and product targets, supporting customers with finance and insurance solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives long-term relationships and business growth.Job ResponsibilitiesSales / Sales ProcessFollow all steps of the sales process, including prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth completion of the sales process.Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximising profitability per transaction.Close maximum sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding the existing customer base.Assist customers with finance and insurance products based on their requirements.Achieve targets for accessories, in-house insurance, and GAP insurance.Create and share sales process-related videos with customers to achieve Venta Vid targets.Meet internal and external Mystery Shopping programme targets.Conduct timely follow-ups with customers.Participate actively in sales meetings.Achieve all KPIs set by management.Customer ExperienceMeet and exceed customer expectations at all stages of the sales journey.Schedule follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition activities using effective time management.Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle by delivering a personalised and tailored sales experience.Achieve SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets through excellent customer service.Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information.Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free vehicle delivery as promised to customers.Perform other related duties as required.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.Work Experience2-3 years of sales experience within the automotive or a related industry.CompetenciesCustomer-first mindsetResults-orientedAccountabilityStrong time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong selling and negotiation skillsComputer proficiencyLanguagesExcellent proficiency in EnglishArabic language skills are an advantageAbout Us:AW Rostamani Group is a leading multi-sector family business in the Middle East, driven by a legacy of over seven decades.
