Languages: EnglishKey Responsibilities:
  • Craft industry-specific solutions leveraging Industrial IoT, automation & AI. Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses for large-scale projects.
  • Work with the manufacturing unit's leadership, shop floor executives, implementation partners, and their engineering teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Provide expertise in digital strategy development, implementation planning, and consulting to bring automation and digital transformation initiatives to life
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to evolve offerings and ensure alignment with the latest advancements in Robotics, Humanoids, AI, ML, IoT, and cloud-agnostic platform technologies.
  • Identify and onboard the required partners - technology innovators, solution providers, and other external organizations - to ensure successful program delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Possesses a deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes & emerging technologies in the manufacturing domain
  • 5-8 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, industrial automation & IoT projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, and AI-driven digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in building and presenting business cases.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, including AI, ML, cloud computing, and digital ecosystems.
  • This will be an on-contract role, based out of Abu Dhabi, with very minimal travel requirements (
5%) outside the Abu Dhabi emirate. * Comfortable working in rapidly evolving Agile development environments.
