- Minimum 5 yrs. of experience in a similar role as Oracle Fusion Lead consultant with at least 2 end to end oracle fusion implementation in HCM.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion applications, with a focus on Payroll, Core HR, OTL, LMS, PMS and Self-Service modules.
- Proven experience in the role of Solution Consultant, ERP Consultant, business consultant, ERP / Software / Solution Implementation.
- Proven hands-on experience in working on Oracle AIM/OUM implementation methodology.
- Good Hands-on experience in Fast formulas development, HCM Approvals, BPM, Security, Personalization’s, HCM Extracts.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, policies, and regulations.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Fusion applications to align with business requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting end-user training sessions and providing user support.
- Oracle HCM Fusion certification is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in Excel.
