• Participate in continuous discovery with engineering, product, and data teams to understand business challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and release scalable backend software solutions that address end-to-end business requirements.
• Deliver incremental product improvements through small, continuous releases aligned with engineering standards.
• Maintain and enhance services while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems.
• Own and improve the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor and guide engineers within the team while promoting engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, development workflows, and system architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and technical solutions.
• Simplify complex systems and optimize technical solutions to enhance efficiency and maintainability.

• Minimum five years of professional software engineering experience in modern development environments.
• Strong experience with backend development using programming languages such as C#, Golang, or .NET technologies.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies with strong focus on end-to-end quality.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems architectures including microservices and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, service integration, and scalable backend architectures.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with trunk-based development and continuous delivery environments.
• Strong mentoring abilities and willingness to support the development of other engineers.
