  • Achieve monthly sales targets for certified pre owned vehicles while maintaining retained gross margins
  • Promote Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and dealer installed accessories to enhance revenue per transaction
  • Ensure all sales deals are accurately documented in C4C including pricing, discounts, F and I products, and add-ons
  • Drive customer referrals and ensure complete second-facing process with Showroom Managers
  • Manage and convert leads across phone, online, and walk-in channels with a target conversion rate of 25 percent
  • Capture complete and accurate customer information in CRM systems to support follow-ups and reporting accuracy
  • Stay updated on brand campaigns, competitor activity, product knowledge, and system enhancements
  • Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance meetings
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within automotive retail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong upselling capability with proven ability to maximize transaction value
  • Effective negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Strong planning and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High digital awareness with focus on data accuracy and CRM compliance
