OverviewA leading Magic Circle law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Dubai office. The team advises international investors, developers and financial institutions on complex real estate transactions across the Middle East.This opportunity is suited to a 3–6 PQE associate looking to play a key role in the rebuilding and growth of a major regional real estate practice.What You’ll Do
  • Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions across the Middle East.
  • Support acquisitions, disposals and development projects involving major real estate assets.
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documentation including sale and purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.
  • Work closely with finance and corporate teams on cross-practice transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
  • Collaborate with international offices on cross-border real estate matters.
About You
  • 3–6 years’ PQE with strong real estate transactional experience.
  • Background gained at a leading international or City law firm.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating within a team environment.
