  • Review business requirements and Functional Specification Documents for assigned card and switch initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify transaction scenarios and prepare detailed test cases and scripts.
  • Lead development activities in coordination with platform owners and technical teams.
  • Manage certification testing cycles with payment schemes including VISA and UAESWITCH.
  • Coordinate transaction testing using simulators and perform API testing between PowerCard, middleware SOA, and surrounding systems.
  • Support release management activities including change validation and deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate go-live preparations with internal IT stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Liaise with production support teams to ensure smooth release execution and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Communicate with HPS support teams for issue resolution related to release deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide go-live technical support.
Ideal Profile
  • Strong experience with PowerCard Switch and Card Management Systems.
  • Hands-on experience using VISA Simulator and Central Bank UAE Simulator.
  • Solid knowledge of cards banking and payment processing systems.
  • Experience in PowerCard development and production support environments.
  • Good understanding of payment schemes including VISA and MasterCard.
  • Technical background in Oracle databases and Unix platforms.
  • Experience handling multiple parallel projects within banking IT environments.
  • Proven experience managing development, UAT, and production environments.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional IT teams.
