- Monitor and control QA-QC of all drilling and completion chemicals and brines, maintaining accurate records
- Conduct spot checks at company stores, supplier facilities, service company locations, rigs, and brine plants
- Verify compliance with storage, handling, housekeeping, HSE procedures, and document control requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to maintain adequate safety stock of chemicals
- Analyze chemical consumption trends and investigate abnormalities
- Establish quarterly chemical requirements based on planned well programs
- Perform laboratory pilot tests to validate service company fluid formulations
- Investigate chemical quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions with suppliers
- Support troubleshooting of drilling problems and recommend fluid-related solutions
- Liaise with other group company laboratories to ensure QA-QC of price agreement chemicals and proper sampling
- Conduct periodic audits of supplier stores including pre-qualification, tender evaluation, mobilization, and routine HSE and quality audits
- Participate in technical evaluations of joint group company tenders for chemicals
- Provide fluids input to the well value assurance process during well planning
- Execute pilot studies and trials for new fluid formulations, chemicals, and technologies and prepare evaluation reports
- Review fluid reports, well recaps, end-of-well and phase reports
- Monitor solids control equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Work strictly in line with ADNOC HSE policies and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 6 years of field experience in drilling, oil and gas, or petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of drilling and completion fluids QA-QC practices
- Experience with laboratory testing, audits, and supplier management
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Technical QA-QC role directly impacting drilling performance and well integrity
