Provide civil engineering technical support and guidance for infrastructure and facility projects.
Prepare conceptual, basic, and detailed civil engineering designs including specifications and scope of work.
Develop AutoCAD-based engineering drawings and review contractor fabrication drawings.
Conduct site inspections and regular project visits to ensure construction activities meet required standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment of project requirements.
Participate in project planning, technical design reviews, and construction supervision activities.
Support preparation and evaluation of tender documents, bidder lists, and vendor pre-qualification assessments.
Conduct pre-tender meetings and provide technical clarifications during tender processes.
Evaluate technical bid proposals and prepare technical evaluation reports and recommendations.
Monitor project progress, review contractor submissions, and verify milestone payments.
Review project quality plans and ensure QA/QC compliance for construction materials and processes.
Manage contract administration tasks including variation orders, claims review, and cost control.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings and participate in regular project progress review meetings.
Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with ADNOC safety, quality, and environmental standards.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of construction and project experience in large industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction management practices.
Experience in preparing engineering drawings using AutoCAD and related planning systems.
Familiarity with international engineering standards such as IBC, UBC, AASHTO, AISC, and NFPA.
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills in engineering project environments.
