- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage for repair requirements
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair processes to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repair work and timelines
- Liaise with insurance companies for claim approvals and documentation
- Schedule repair jobs and manage workflow in the body shop
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated regularly
- Ensure quality control before vehicle delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in automotive service, body shop, or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and bodywork
- Good understanding of insurance claim procedures (advantage)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare estimates and use workshop management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in dealership or authorized service centers
- Knowledge of estimating software (e.g., Audatex, CCC, or similar)
- Background in automotive repair or technical advisory roles
