Location: Dubai, UAEQualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG / Graduate
6-12 years of experience in Unified Communications, Telecom, or Network Engineering
Strong exposure to enterprise communication and telecom technologiesRequirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Mobile/Radio technologies including 5G and TETRA (minimum 40% skill weightage)
Experience in VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and enterprise telephony (minimum 30% skill weightage)
Exposure to Contact Center solutions such as Genesys (minimum 10% skill weightage)
Basic knowledge of Project Management / Project Coordination in technical environments (minimum 20% skill weightage)
Experience in telecom or large-scale communication infrastructure projects is preferred
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsKey Skills:
Mobile/Radio (5G/TETRA)
VoIP
Contact center (Genesys)
