- Lead HR policy governance activities, ensuring alignment with internal developments and legal compliance
- Draft, review, and manage people department procedures based on audit findings and organizational needs
- Maintain detailed records of organizational development activities for HR audits and compliance
- Develop presentations, reports, and visual documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Act as the HR point of contact for system development, approve customizations, and oversee delivery timelines
- Manage and authorize updates to content on the HR intranet and Oracle Fusion platform
- Supervise HR systems analysts, ensuring KPI alignment and timely output
- Oversee quality control of job title content and system input for employee data management
- Support the sectional head on special organizational development projects and HR systems initiatives
- Graduate or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within large multinational organizations
- In-depth understanding of job classification, job evaluation, and broad banding methodologies (e.g., Hays preferred)
- Strong exposure to HR systems and technology platforms such as Oracle Fusion
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills
- Ability to synthesize audit findings into actionable process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio for process mapping and workflow design
