- Support production readiness and lead root cause analysis for system issues

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture and microservices
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices
- Expertise in enterprise integration and large-scale system design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in production support and system troubleshooting
