- Handle incoming and outgoing room reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels in line with hotel standards
- Deliver clear, professional communication and sales support to enhance guest experience and increase conversion
- Identify potential clients, flag VIP guests, and share relevant information with the Sales Department
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel offers to improve retention and revenue
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality in accordance with company policy
- Manage guest complaints and special requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Enter and update reservations accurately in the Property Management System
- Monitor availability, manage follow-ups, and maintain knowledge of guest preferences and booking history
- Prepare and share reservation activity reports, occupancy data, and statistics with management and departments
- Complete daily checklists and administrative tasks to ensure smooth reservation operations
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is an advantage
- Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably within a hotel environment
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and data accuracy
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with hotel loyalty programs and promotions is a plus
