- Provide contractual and commercial advice across physical oil trading agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including spot and term deals, offtake agreements, tenders, and storage arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk frameworks, and trading standards.
- Support resolution of contract disputes and liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Insurance).
- Contribute to process improvement, knowledge capture, and documentation updates.
