• Manage daily end-to-end operations for Amazon Now fulfillment locations or multiple small operational sites.
• Supervise store operations and coordinate last-mile delivery activities with delivery service partners and operational teams.
• Ensure customer service performance metrics are achieved while maintaining cost targets and operational efficiency.
• Lead performance management initiatives including coaching, training, and development of team members.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, safety compliance, and quality performance of operational staff.
• Drive continuous operational improvement to enhance service speed, delivery accuracy, and operational reliability.
• Conduct operational audits including 4M and 5S checks to ensure store processes meet operational standards.
• Support area management responsibilities when required and assist with operational planning and reporting.

• Experience working in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or customer-facing operational environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead operational teams.
• Experience managing processes and supervising staff in fast-paced operational environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
