Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate utility protection, diversion, and reinstatement works within RTA road corridors
- Ensure compliance with RTA corridor layouts, depth clearances, and reinstatement requirements
- Interface with traffic staging and management plans to ensure safe execution near live roads
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for utilities and MEP systems
- Coordinate with RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Dubai Municipality for NOCs and inspections
- Manage interface coordination between utilities, civil works, structural components, and roadworks
- Conduct site inspections, issue site instructions and NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions
- Verify testing and commissioning activities including pressure testing, flushing, and energization
- Monitor contractor performance against quality, safety, and schedule targets
- Track long-lead items, authority approvals, and material deliveries to mitigate risks
- Review as-built documentation, O and M manuals, and support project close-out activities
- Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers and inspectors
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant utilities experience in major infrastructure projects
- At least 5 years of Dubai experience with RTA project exposure
- Strong coordination experience with multiple utility authorities
- Previous RTA approval advantageous
- UAE Society of Engineers membership preferred
- Wet and dry utilities supervision
