  • Supervise construction of wet and dry utilities including water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, HV and LV cables, street lighting, telecom, and ITS systems
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, RTA standards, and authority regulations
  • Monitor contractor adherence to approved method statements, quality plans, and safety procedures
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built documentation
  • Witness testing and commissioning activities for utility systems
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions
  • Coordinate with RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, DM, and other authorities for NOCs and approvals
  • Support smooth execution of utility diversions and tie-ins with minimal disruption to services
  • Maintain inspection records, progress reports, and resource monitoring documentation
  • Provide technical guidance to inspectors and junior engineers on utilities installation and testing
  • Identify potential conflicts within utility corridors and propose mitigation measures
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in utilities supervision for major infrastructure projects
  • At least 5 years of Dubai experience with RTA project exposure
  • Strong background in coordinating with multiple local authorities
  • Knowledge of utility diversion planning and integration within road corridors
  • UAE Society of Engineers membership preferred
