Hospitality Design Project Manager - Mixed-Use Mega Development - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Manage complete design packages including concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design proposals for hospitality projects
• Coordinate with architecture, interior design, MEP, and structural teams to ensure full design integration
• Monitor compliance with authority regulations, master developer guidelines, and design control requirements
• Oversee authority approvals, NOCs, sustainability standards, and environmental requirements
• Enforce internal design procedures and quality assurance standards across all assigned projects
• Conduct periodic design progress reviews to ensure alignment with initial project vision, timelines, and approved budgets
• Initiate and manage RFP processes during design stages and oversee consultant procurement activities
• Supervise design modifications based on management directives and evolving project needs
• Track project changes, variations, and documentation updates while liaising with key stakeholders
• Attend coordination meetings with external consultants and regulatory authorities
• Support sales and marketing teams with design-related inputs when required
• Guide junior team members and assist in improving workflow and process efficiency
• Manage overall project health, resource allocation, and contractual compliance

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Project Management certification preferred
• 12 to 20 years of experience in hospitality or mixed-use real estate design management
• Proven experience working with consultants or design studios on large-scale developments
• Strong understanding of authority regulations, master developer DCR, and sustainability requirements in Dubai
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
