• Oversee selection, testing, and quality assurance of civil construction materials used in development projects
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable ISO and ASTM standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to optimize material selection and cost efficiency
• Review and approve material submissions, samples, and technical documentation in accordance with project and brand standards
• Maintain comprehensive records of material testing reports, certifications, and approval documentation
• Analyze laboratory test results and prepare detailed technical reports for project teams and management
