Job DescriptionOur ClientOur client is a newly established institution within the education sector in the UAE, focused on delivering high-quality, globally aligned business education. As part of its launch phase, the organization is building a strong leadership team to drive market positioning, student acquisition, and brand credibility across the region.Your RoleAs a key leadership hire, the role will shape and lead the institution's marketing, sales, and communications strategy to support its long-term growth and market positioning. It combines brand building, demand generation, and student recruitment under one unified leadership mandate.You will be responsible for creating a compelling market presence, developing multi-channel marketing strategies, and establishing a structured enrollment funnel that drives conversion from prospective students to admissions. In parallel, you will oversee all external and internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strong stakeholder engagement.This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who can seamlessly transition between strategy development and execution in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment.Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is advantageous
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience across marketing, communications, and/or commercial roles, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success in building brand presence and driving customer acquisition, enrollment growth, or revenue pipelines
  • Prior exposure to education, EdTech, or service-led industries is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC market dynamics
  • Solid experience in digital marketing ecosystems, including performance marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end sales or enrollment funnels
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving environment with a high degree of ambiguity
