
Digital Strategist (Web focused)

- Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy aligned with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and customer needs
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the client's websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and design standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, and IT teams to plan, prioritize, and implement new features, content, and enhancements
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Use analytics and user insights (Google Analytics, GA4, heatmaps, user testing) to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Manage website governance frameworks, including content workflows, approval processes, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization initiatives to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners
- Manage digital roadmap initiatives, including website enhancements, SEO, customer journeys, and digital innovation projects
- Lead content audits, taxonomy development, information architecture optimization, and content migration projects
- Lead content migration projects and coordinate with technical teams on CMS implementation and content structure optimization
- Coordinate multilingual content strategies and ensure consistency across English and Arabic content properties
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 5+ years managing content strategies for large-scale websites and digital marketing initiatives
- Experience with content management systems, particularly Sitecore, and content workflow management
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory content standards
- Experience managing multilingual content and localization processes
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
- Previous experience managing Arabic content and cultural localization
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable web strategies
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, web accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
