Civil Estimation Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out works
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports
- Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
- Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation dataRequirements / Qualifications
- 4-5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer
- Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered
