- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations smoothly.
- Plan, design, and update menus focusing on European/Mediterranean cuisine.
- Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and manage Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and Commis Chefs.
- Control food costs, portion sizes, and minimise wastage.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are followed strictly.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen at all times.
- Plan and execute special menus, events, buffets, and promotions.
- Monitor kitchen performance and improve efficiency where needed.
- Work closely with management to meet business goals and guest expectations.
- Handle guest feedback related to food and take corrective actions.
- Maintain a positive work culture and motivate the kitchen team.
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for promotion.
- Strong knowledge of European/Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance.
