  • Drive early engagement in ELV and AV opportunities to influence scope, specifications and system architecture
  • Support Sales in targeting high-value opportunities aligned with strategic margin and risk objectives
  • Lead design of integrated ELV systems including security, ICT, AV, structured cabling and smart digital platforms
  • Develop value engineering strategies and alternative technical solutions to enhance competitiveness
  • Act as technical advisor to Sales on pricing models, bid strategy, contractual risks and negotiation support
  • Ensure all proposals are technically compliant, commercially sound and professionally structured
  • Identify and mitigate technical, commercial and operational risks during presales stages
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to validate buildability, scalability and operational readiness
  • Establish structured presales governance frameworks, costing models and standardized templates
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing presales team while contributing to technology roadmap development
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging ELV and AV trends including AI video analytics, IoT integration and smart platforms
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in ELV, ICT, AV or smart building solution design within Dubai, UAE
  • Strong understanding of multi-vendor system integration and smart infrastructure architecture
  • Proven track record in presales leadership, bid management and technical-commercial strategy
  • Knowledge of MEP, IT, BMS integration and compliance standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
