Job Description:Role: Social Media InternOffice: Dubai, UAEReporting Line: Head of Marketing & Senior Digital Marketing ExecutiveRequirements & Personal Attributes:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and tools such as Canva is a plus.
Primary Job Purpose:The Social Media Intern will assist the marketing team in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms. This role will involve assisting with creating and curating content, analysing performance metrics, and assisting with community management across various social media channels.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Schedule and publish content across all social media channels according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with website maintenance and optimisations, such as updating lawyer profiles, deactivating leavers profiles, copy updates to webpages and publishing thought leadership.
