Interior Design Technical BIM Designer - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and manage detailed interior design BIM models in Revit from concept through construction documentation
• Maintain model health, performance optimization, and compliance with project BIM standards
• Create and manage Revit families, parameters, and templates for interior design and hospitality FF and E elements
• Produce comprehensive construction drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural teams, and consultants to resolve clashes using coordination tools
• Lead internal BIM coordination sessions to ensure accurate and conflict-free interior design representation
• Develop and maintain standardized BIM libraries for custom millwork, furniture, and interior fixtures
• Translate interior design concepts and sketches into technically accurate and buildable BIM models
• Support visualization through 3D views, renderings, and walkthroughs extracted from BIM models
• Assist with data-rich models for specifications, cost estimation, and facility management
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and BIM execution plans

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a relevant field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior design BIM roles
• Strong expertise in Revit for interior design and hospitality projects
• Experience producing detailed technical documentation for high-end hotels, resorts, and restaurants
• Knowledge of coordination workflows with multidisciplinary project teams
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
