The role ensures smooth communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients while maintaining compliance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities🔹 Project CoordinationCoordinate daily MEP site activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV).Track progress of PM/CM works and project milestones.Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and schedules.Assist Project Manager in monitoring manpower and material allocation.🔹 Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain:Work Orders (PM/CM)Site reportsProgress reportsMaterial submittalsQualifications
