  • Interpret and apply zoning laws, land use regulations, and planning standards
  • Review development applications including site plans, permits, and rezoning requests
  • Conduct research and analysis for urban planning and community development projects
  • Assist in updating comprehensive plans and transportation strategies
  • Identify community issues and propose planning solutions for sustainable development
  • Collaborate with government entities, developers, and community stakeholders
  • Prepare technical reports, planning documents, and formal correspondence
  • Support long-term urban development strategies and infrastructure planning
  • Evaluate adequacy of public facilities and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to economic development strategies and efficient land use planning
  • Use GIS and planning tools for mapping, analysis, and visualization
  • Assist in recommending project priorities, timelines, and funding strategies
Candidate Requirements
  • UAE National with valid family book as per Emiratisation requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geography, Public Policy, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in urban planning, land use, or community development
  • Knowledge of zoning regulations and development review processes
  • Experience reviewing permits, site plans, and planning applications
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare clear technical reports and presentations
  • Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or planning visualization tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
