  • Establish project scope, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements,
while developing comprehensive project plans to guide implementation.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, inventory, and expenditures to
maintain cost control within allocated limits, while also addressing project
risks, issues, and actions.
  • Lead project planning and implementation, tracking deliverables, progress,
and deadlines using appropriate tools, while coordinating with external
stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive short- and long-term plans, establishing clear
targets and deadlines for project milestones, while ensuring adherence to
deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take charge of initiating, defining, and structuring project scopes, utilizing
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to manage and maintain project scope.
  • Oversee the fulfilment of project requirements, ensuring delivery aligns with
business objectives and project specifications.
  • Mitigate business and project risks by implementing effective risk
management strategies, while also exercising control over project budgets.
  • Implement budgeting controls, tracking project costs meticulously to ensure
visibility of impacts on Business Units P&L, while also forecasting project
