Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Emirati)

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions, including senior and critical roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Manage sourcing channels including career portals, agencies, job fairs, and digital recruitment platforms.
• Oversee screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate assessment processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring delivery.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support succession planning, workforce analytics, and manpower forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to the recruitment team.

• At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including managing senior-level hiring along with HR laws.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, assessment tools, and sourcing strategies.
