Language Proficiency: EnglishJob Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for all equipment, systems, and facilities based on preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance requirements.
2. Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify maintenance priorities, allocate resources, and optimize workflow.
3. Receive calls from different departments and maintain a request or complaint register.
4. Review historical maintenance data, equipment performance metrics, and reliability indicators to refine maintenance plans and improve efficiency.
5. Generate and prioritize work orders for scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades using computerized maintenance management systems
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to schedule and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion.
7. Monitor work order status, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance activities and project milestones.
8. Coordinate the allocation of personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to support planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
