Job Title : ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLESWork Location : Abu DhabiContract Duration: 1 Year (extendable as per client approval) outsourcingBASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE (SUMMARY)Responsible for the processing and collection of company invoices to customers. Mainly responsible for journal entries and analysis of accounts receivable accounts, accruals and reconciliation of balances. Involvement on the wide range analysis to promote timely and accurate collection of all funds due from customers. Responsible for preparation of accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing and analytical accounting.Minimum Qualification :
Completion of bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years of experience in Public / Private Accounting preferably in Aerospace industry
Experience of interacting with external auditors and other stakeholders
Experience working with IFRS and ERP software preferably Oracle / SAP
LANGUAGE SKILLS- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)- Knowledge of Arabic is desirableDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Review documents submitted by respective Financial Controller for each contract2. Generate invoice in Oracle as per contract terms3. Seek approval based on Delegation of Authority (DOA)4. Liaison with customer for payment recovery on time-bound schedule5. Liaison with bank in meeting requirements and report discrepancy for further resolution to respective Financial Controller
