• Fellowship training in pediatric bone marrow transplant required
• Minimum 5 years of experience post fellowship in pediatric oncology and transplant care
• Eligible for UAE medical licensing requirements
• Strong leadership and communication abilities within clinical teams
• Experience in tertiary care hospital environments preferred
• Western training background considered advantageous
