- Perform field survey work under supervision, establishing horizontal and vertical control points
- Conduct pre-construction surveys to validate site conditions and project requirements
- Carry out construction layout, staking, and setting out for roads, pavements, drainage, and utilities
- Verify contractor work alignment, grading, and levels against approved drawings
- Coordinate with contractor survey teams and Resident Engineer on discrepancies
- Perform traverse closures and bench circuit checks to ensure survey accuracy
- Operate and maintain survey equipment including GPS systems and total stations
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain accurate survey documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all survey activities
- Maintain precise field records and logs throughout project execution
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8-12 years of experience as a land surveyor in infrastructure projects
- Mandatory UAE approvals such as DM or RTA with at least 3 years UAE experience
- Strong experience in roads and highways construction projects
- Proficiency in survey equipment including GPS and total stations
- Strong understanding of survey control, leveling, and mapping techniques
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Good coordination and communication skills in site environments
